Publication decisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Editor-in-Chief of the journal is responsible for deciding which of \nthe manuscripts should be published. Editors and reviewers treat all \nmanuscripts as confidential documents do not show to or discussed with \nothers except if authorized by the editor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Fair play<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The editor evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content \nwithout regard to the nature of the authors or the host institution \nincluding race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic \norigin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The editors and editorial staff must not disclose any information \nabout manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, \nreviewers, potential reviewers, and other editorial advisers as \nappropriate. In the case of a misconduct investigation, the \neditor-in-chief may disclose material to third parties (e.g., an \ninstitutional investigation committee or other editors).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Disclosure and conflicts of interest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor&#8217;s own research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Corrections<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When genuine errors in published work are pointed out by readers, \nauthors, or editors, a correction will be published as soon as possible.\n If the error renders the work or substantial parts of it invalid, the \npaper should be retracted with an explanation as to the reason for \nretraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Ensuring the integrity of the published record<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If serious concerns are raised by readers, reviewers, or others, \nabout the conduct, validity, or reporting of academic work, the \neditor-in-chief will initially contact the authors and allow them to \nrespond to the concerns. If that response is unsatisfactory, the journal\n will take this to the institutional level. In cases when concerns are \nvery serious and the published work is likely to influence clinical \npractice or public health, the journal may consider informing readers \nabout these concerns, while the investigation is ongoing. Once an \ninvestigation is concluded the journal will publish comment that \nexplains the findings of the investigation. Editor-in-chief may decide \nto retract a paper if a serious misconduct has happened even if an \ninvestigation by an institution or national body does not recommend it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Editor&#8217;s Responsibilities: 1.
