Contribution to Editorial Decisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and \nthrough the editorial communications with the author may also assist the\n author in improving the paper. Reviewers are expected to provide \nconstructive comments on the manuscript that help the author(s) to \nrevise the manuscript in higher standards and quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Promptness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reviewers that feel unqualified to review the research reported in a \nmanuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should \nnotify the editor and excuse himself from the review process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reviewers should treat as confidential document any manuscripts \nreceived for review. They manuscript should not be shown to or discussed\n with others except as authorized by the editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Standards of Objectivity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the \nauthor is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly \nwith supporting arguments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Acknowledgement of Sources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been \ncited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or \nargument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the \nrelevant citation. A reviewer should also call to the editor&#8217;s attention\n any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under \nconsideration and any other published paper of which they have personal \nknowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be \nkept confidential and not used for personal advantage. Reviewers should \nnot consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest \nresulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or \nconnections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions \nconnected to the papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Reviewer misconduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Journal will take reviewer misconduct seriously and pursue any \nallegation of breach of confidentiality, non-declaration of conflicts of\n interest (financial or non-financial), inappropriate use of \nconfidential material, or delay of peer review for competitive \nadvantage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reviewers&#8217; responsibilities: 1.
